Thermostats stuck open, poor fuel/blends of ethanol (especially "Winter Mix" in the Northeast- every State has their own blends so the suppliers often go with the strongest blend = worst fuel economy), Poor coil & plug performance, Cold engine starts take up to 40% more fuel than warm starts.

New filters? If NO replace today!

Try this tip, add some fuel clean up to your tank (Techron is preferred) and see if there is a increase in mileage for two tanks of fuel.

I changed changed my bank 2 pre cat O2 sensor and my consumption went from 22l/100km to 17l/100km... worth doing the O2 sensors. Mine had a code stored for it.

Thanks For the info, Guys. I'm going to do plugs, run some techron, and replace the oil drain hose for the CCV system. I'll share my findings here.
