Where are you guys getting your... (snicker) ext nuts?
I recently removed the wheels to give 'em the ole clean 'em like insanity on the 1st day over 60 degrees. I thought I might also slap on some HR spacers. But alas, not the 1st time I just didn't have the length. :yikes:
Wherefore then, my esteemed, are you getting these things and what length do you suggest I might get some for 25mm spacers? :dunno: |
For 25mm spacers I'd recommend going with DRA style spacers, ones that bolt to the hub then bolt to the wheel.
But to answer your question, turner has extended lugs. Unfortunately I don't know what size you'd need as I don't know the stock lug length. |
Stock thread length is approx. 19mm IIRC - our lug nuts are short as we have that rotating cone too -
If you want, when I'm taking measurements with caliper later for that midrange speaker, I have a couple lug nuts on my work bench I can measure the length of thread section for you - I always used to get lug bolts from www.ezaccessory.com - their chrome bolts were great when I had my VW's and they also have 10.9 black bolts too - great pricing too compared to BMW bolts at $4-5 apiece |

Prop. Rad bolts.
The cone is the same. Fine the length you need. It MAY not be available in a 19 head, but 17 is just fine. Been running all sorts of aftermarkets for years. Rad is my go to source Lug Bolts |
