Looking for a blue 4.6is on the west coast.
 

I am going to be replacing my 2003 540i Mtech manual with a more family / tow friendly X5 but I am having no luck finding private party 4.6is' on the west coast that aren't abused. Willing to pay a premium for a nice car any help is appreciated.

You should keep the 540i/6 and just get an X5 4.6 in addition to it. That's what I did. It's a totally different experience.

Yep the 2003 540i M-Sport was one of the best BMWs that I have owned. Its a well built vehicle. I upgraded to an 2003 M5 so had to sell the M-Sport. I would agree with Danny that you should keep this one and add on the X5.

I wish I could keep it but parking spots are at a premium here so I have to compromise and having a 600 hp E30 takes up a spot too.

I live in Reno as well and it seems like the 4 or so estoril blue 4.6is' have disappeared slowly. One of them was mine but I sold it to buy the M5 and currently daily an 03 4.4i. I'm in the Caughlin ranch area and work at Bill Pearce if you every want to swing by!

I think we already know each other, my name is Ryan. I have the twin of your M5 but a 540i instead. My wife and I bought a E70 diesel from Bill Pierce not to long ago.

Do you know if your old car stayed local?
