airbag opend no reason
 

hi to u all i had a very trebul problem with my 2006 X5 4.8is

under waranty stell .

the rite side airbags opend with me gust heting a small pothole on the road and there is no damage to the wheel nor the suspension and there is nothing in the body of the car.

if any one knows of any one that this hapend to thim befor please help.

should this be coverd under waranty as the car is a 2006 model year and if the dealer refused what should i do ??????????????????????????????????????

it is definately covered under warranty

Absolutely... the system obviously malfunctioned and if the stealer refuses to service under warranty then goto another dealer:
