Business Radio Problem.

2001 X5 OEM Business Radio/MID, no DSP, non nav.
Unable to set clock, cannot switch between AM/FM..
Clock only allows minutes and year to be changed up using the buttons.
I had this problem a couple of times and cured it by removing radio & MID from the vehicle. Once reinstalled the full functions were restored however not this time. I even changed out the Business Cassette tape player for a used Business CD player to no avail. The problems started when the vehicle had to be jump started.

Checked all fuses? Even the ones under the pass side air bag above the glove box? Freakin Germans hiding fuses everywhere.
