I used a mix of Lemfoerder and Meyle HD parts, you dont need a press to install the bushes, (but it does help!!) i got a kick out of the 'warning' on the bottom of the lemfoerder box! (i did put my cap on sideways and put on some overalls so i complied with the pic! ) lining the bushing up with the arrow on the strut is the only caveat you need to be mindful of when installing. also, as mentioned before, tighten up the tension strut finger tight, then put weight back on the suspension (lower the vehicle, or raise the wheel) so you can torque it up when its "in position" to avoid prematurely wearing the new bushing!
