tire sizes please suggest?

What would u guys suggest as far as tire sizes go for my 4.8 with 22's wheels im going to get?

285/35/22

or 295/30/22

Any other suggestions are welcome?

I am getting 22x10 ALL AROUND.

i understand that the 295/30 might not provide much protection but the tire itself is a bit wider. But then again might the tire be to skinny and look funny on my car.

For example "Dblock" with the ACS 22's has 295/30/22 and i think those tires are to skinny but then again the reason i think that is because his car is not dropped.

So might my 4.8 suspension thats dropped via DIS make the skinny tires look good..

please help im in a dilema..

And i already did purchase 20mm spacers for the rear.

Go with beefier tires. I'm running 285/30/22's, my suggestion would be to go with 285/35/22, when I need new tires I'll be getting that or 295/35/22.

What wheels are you getting? I'm in the process of shopping for wheels and tires.

The more compatible to your stock 20"s is 285/30/22,which has +/- the same rolling diametre(RD).

295/30/22 is also an option as it is only 8mm(1.1%) up on your stock RD

285/35/22 will increase your RD by 30mm(+4.1%)

295/35/22(which Dblock is also suggesting!) will increase your RD even further by 37mm(5.0%)

All these tyres will look skinnier than your stock 315/35/20

Because you are going for 22x10 all-round,if you have no clearance problems,go for the 295/30!If you have, you could opt to fit the 285/30 on the front as this will only give you a 6mm (0.8%)difference front and rear .
