compression readings for 3ltr petrol 2004 e53 please

i think i may have a suspected blown head gasket.it's either that or the ccv.
does anyone know what the compression figures should be please.
it has started to kick out a cloud of white smoke/ steam on start up. 3 times out of 6, over the last 2 days.
i will check for coolant loss when it has cooled down in about an hour

No coolant loss and the coolant pipes where not pressurised. If this info is any help.

If they are all pretty even across the six cylinders most likely not a blown head gasket. Gages read all different. 135 is my personal low number when I check compression. Make sure TB is wide open and all plugs taken out. I do 4 revolutions per cylinder. Need to see your numbers.

Without throttle body wide open (didn't know that would make a difference)
and only one spark plug out at a time (didn't know that would make a difference either)

My 6 were all between 200 - 205 with 190k miles
and all I was looking for was consistency

That's pretty good compression. No worries there. At times cars will blow white smoke depending on weather. Condensation can build up in the exhaust. Does it do it once the car is warmed up or just on start up. Not being from Boston I haven't looked at the temps there lately to see if humidity has been higher than normal. Is your CCV making a sound like this and are you using above average oil consumption?consumption.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIMpIAkWeNI

Does the smoke have a sweet smell, smell like burning oil (which would be blue) or very little smell?
