This is for a handle for 11.00 or so shipped. It came with the two part handle, two gaskets, and the two parts you are looking for, 19 and 20. Maybe it was a fluke that it came with the bolts, but you can ask the seller if that is normal.

This solution requires a trip to the paint booth to be painted. Well, you could take the bolt and toss the rest.
