2001 x5 4.4 when I rev my engine I hear whining from speakers Also when I drive.can it be loose ground if so where do I find the ground wires thanks.my alternated is 4 months old and this whine started today

What kind of alternator did you put in? New, rebuilt, manufacturer? That sounds like classic alternator whine from failing alternator.

bosch.would i not get charging problems?
I though it would be a bad ground .drove the car all day not a problemso far.I guess it is hit in miss?

bosch should be good. You get everything reconnected the way it was before the replacement?
