3757AK amber bulb replacement with clear bulb/led
 

Hi

I have a 2003 X5 and it comes with the 3757AK amber bulbs and not the more available bayonet type. I cannot seem to track down a clear replacement. LED or otherwise. It has to be a clear bulb/led that flashes amber. Has anyone managed to find one?

Yes do an LED bulb replacement called a switch back. I have installed a set from Serious LEDs that can be found on amazon. Another member Crystalworks did the same and a write-up of the mod. Mine is clear when the park lights are activated and flash in amber when the turn signal is activated. Really looks modern and so much brighter then the original bulb. You will like this upgrade and it will fit perfectly in the light housing.
