Beisan Systems....Contact?
 

Out of interest does anyone have any experience with how long Beisan Systems take to respond to you when you email them?

I emailed on Wednesday and I'm still awaiting a response from them. Granted it's only been a couple of days but I'm just wanting to get the Vanos press kit ordered as soon as possible as I imagine it's going to take ages to get to me here in the UK.

Rajae was usually very helpful. I know he even picked up the phone when I needed him. That was over 10 years ago though.

Well 8 days on and I've still had no reply from them. Not the best customer service.

Anyway, I've ordered the tool through a UK distributor instead who unfortunately had ran out of stock but was supposedly getting more stock in in the next couple of days.
