My 4.8is
3 Attachment(s)
Hopefully some pics of my 4.8is.
These are the stock wheels that I had powder coated in a chrome/polished finish. The hubs and calipers I painted in a fizzy yellow. The paint I clayed, polished, waxed and sealed. Things to do: Sort the non-working PDC - It beeps and blinks but is not working. Must have a duff sensor that my diagnostic computer (icarsoft) does not detect. Trying to understand if the car has been modified or mapped. It sounds really good and pops on the overrun with the occasion pop & bang and pulls like a train. Not sure how I can find out what has been done? I mailed the previous owner, but he never came back. |
Looks great!! Looks like the lost twin brother of mine :)

Hi brucemillar,
What style number are those wheels? They look great  Mike |
Wow that thing looks mean:wow:
Do you want to trade? :D |
Interesting look with the front bumper plastics painted body color but none of the other ones.
Truck definitely looks mean though. Also think the stock BMW center caps would set those wheels off nicely. Or maybe the carbon fiber ones... Nice ride. Edit: Just noticed the painted rotor hats. Not a fan of that... but to each their own. Think they would look great painted a gloss black if paint is a must. I typically buy zinc coated rotors and leave them natural as the coating keeps them from rusting. |
Those wheels look good!
