If anyone knows of a good reliable retrofitter (reliable) being the VERY key word, feel free to PM. Not looking to flame anyone here in the post....

There is a company in NY that does just about anything you would want. I forget their name but they do have a Youtube channel and look pretty competent.
I've seen the replacement lenses but they were from somewhere like Latvia or something a year or so ago when I last saw them available. You are right... they weren't cheap either.
I hear you on the one-of-a-kind thing. I love my LCI lights with the retrofitted halos... and eventually I'll open them back up and possibly retrofit a better projector. I'm just hesitant to do that because of the adaptive light feature. Don't want to end up with clearance issues. This was not an easy task... and I have not posted the DIY I wrote up (it's incomplete) mostly because I'm not sure I would want someone attempting this sort of thing without having prior experience already. These are by far the most difficult headlights I've ever disassembled.
