DSC

I did this repair from youtube video on my X5 after "trans failsafe program" :
Insert metal washer at sensor to separate from ring on both wheels.
Now my engine wont start. !!! Please help!!!

DSC will not stop the X5 from starting. You may have other issues with the trans failsafe program indicator. My first guess would be battery voltage.

Correct. DSC and trans failsafe program indicator has nothing to do with engine not starting.
As previously said, check your battery voltage first.

It turns out, my battery had discharged after leaving ignition on. It started right up after a jump. I road tested the DSC repair and it didnt work The "trans. failsafe program" came back and the engine lost power as I was driving
