Wife finally got her X5 so maybe she will get off my back for not letting her drive mine :)

The funniest part first though. She called me saying she felt funny parking her Chrysler pacifica between two pretty cars. She didn't know what they were but they had pitchforks on the front. I like to of fell out laughing.

I explained to her those are Maserati's. She was like "I wouldn't mind one of those". I'm like yeah I imagine you would want one.

But anyways she got her X5.

Its a 2013 35i turbo.

Best to check and see if it's had proper oil changes. Those 15k services do a number on the N55 engines.

There was a rash of early ones back in 2013 that used to break the bolts holding the vanos gear assembly together.

Should of seen it when she had me trying to figure out what a car was she saw and wanted once. I spent a few hours trying to look up a Porsche "Baxter". Finally figured out it was the new at the time Porsche Boxster.

Actually I bought a corvette when the "baxster" incident happened. She really likes the pacifica of course its actually a Mercedes w164 in Chrysler clothing. Nice vehicle.

If it had a merc logo on the front in place of the chrysler logo I imagine we wouldn't of bought the 2013 bmw today :)

We had been looking at the w164's but they have a baaaad failure rate on the Mercedes engines and transmissions. Even had class action lawsuits against them over it. The Chrysler engine is the reliable one out of the two. Weird.

Believe it or not this is a pacifica :)
