Here's a screenshot of my coolant temp while cruising. This was around 91 degrees with a about 80% humidity, sits at 210 in traffic with the AC on. Economy hasn't changed at all that I've noticed, and as far as the transmission goes, I think what I was noticing was just when the car would pull timing once at full temperature and everything felt sluggish. I've never had any issues with the trans before, especially now. I've already pulled the pan and replaced the valve body seals, filter and refilled a few times with fresh fluid now.Attachment 73788

What were your temps on torque (is that what you're using for your screenshot?) before the thermostat? I need to download torque as well... Have an o2 sensor code to diagnose and Carly won't read live data on the e53 for some reason.

I didn't have torque or a scanner before I installed it, but talking to other people with these they say that it's between 220-230 when driving and what I'm getting now is usually what cooler ambient temperature would get you. Seeing as how the factory thermostat doesn't open up until 225, I see no reason for that to be incorrect.
