PDC Sensor - Fleabay

$100 OE vs $10 Fleabay.....

For those that have bought a new PDC sensor lately, report back

No scan tools on hand..the only thing I would say is that all of them seem to *click*, but one seems to click less - so I suspect this is the offending sensor. Strangely enough, my PDC loooooong beep came up after giving the wax a top off, but I went ahead and cleaned all sensors with solvent with no change

I've used couple ebay $10 sensors, worked as expected.

I feel like this needs clarification, given the topic:
They worked [well] as expected, or [poorly] as expected?

Worked well.

The Ebay PDC sensors are garbage. The VEMO? ones that are about 1/2 the price of the OEM work reasonably well but not as good as the originals. If you use IMPA or DIS you can get a live reading from the different sensors and see how they measure up for yourself.

I’ve had good results with used OE sensors. Just buy from the sellers who have high ratings and accept returns like bimmermerchant

I got tired of replacing the Fleabay PDC sensors - they always failed after a couple of months or so. Pulled the trigger and installed an OEM one. No problems since last 2 years.
