Oil leak from timing cover?

Is this the timing cover gasket? Do you think it can be tightened a little to prevent the leaking or needs to be replaced?

You mean the Valve cover gasket?
If the gasket is old, I don't think tighten it will do the trick.
But is not too hard to replace.
