I’m using an icarsoft scanner on my e53 4.8i

Icarsoft is telling me I have a duff ride height sensor on the front right side. Can somebody confirm please that this is the right hand side as I look into the trunk from the rear.

Or (put another way) the steering wheel side on an RHD car?

The "left" and "right" side of a car is determined from the perspective of the driver from BEHIND the steering wheel.

This abolishes the confusion that can come from referring to "passenger" or "driver's side since the vehicle comes in LHD (left hand drive) or RHD (right hand drive) configurations...which means using those words can mean different sides of the vehicle depending on if it is LHD or RHD.

Using "left" and "right" based on perspective from behind the steering wheel means that left and right are always static (as long as the perspective is known and used). :)
