What’s better INPA or PA soft 1.4??? Or is one better? Looking for something that I can shut of my air system warning after converting to springs and do some coding and programming?

I have both. There are some things BMW Scanner 1.4 can do that INPA cannot and there are things INPA can do that BMW Scanner 1.4 cannot. For the low price of each of the cables, it's a no-brainer.

I was using PA Soft until now and setting up INPA for some other stuff like steering angle calibrating and adaptation resets. PA can't do neither.

I use PA for the easiness of reading modules for fault codes and some coding like lights and options.

Hi, I'm using ISTA and getting right amongst it with resetting and playing with the air suspension.

Just learnt how to completely reset the EHC module today and playing around with ride heights... Pretty cool making the car go up and down with a click of the mouse....

I got a kit from EBAY with INPA, ISTA, SSS, Progman and other stuff I haven't explored yet for $79 inc cable from Romania

Cheers

Smart move! I think PA Soft and INPA will cover most of what the average user will need.

Saw an Ista download might grab that to!

Inpa (and its other packaged brethren) will do everything possible for an E53. Very powerful stuff - I wouldn't bother messing with PA soft.

Pa soft got the air system warning light off but would not reset my transfer case

Nope - resetting the transfer case (oil wear adaptations) requires DIS, ISTA or some third party tools - INPA or PASoft are not able to do this.
