Replacement secondary air tubes

Need two of the plastic tubes that goes to the secondary air pump on a 2004 3.0 in order to smog my car.

Any ideas on cheap alternatives/repairs or do I just have to bite the bullet and spend ~$80 for some pieces of plastic? Haha.

If you have the ends I'm pretty sure you can use radiator type hose and splice it in. Not sure how you'd connect without the ends.

This thread discusses the system and has nice parts diagrams in posts #1 and #5. Which exact parts are you needing?

I replaced a lot of the vacuum hoses, perhaps including the ones you need, on my 2001 3.0i when I had it all apart this summer. I used this stuff, which is really nice. I'll buy more of it next time I get stuff from RMEuropean:

^^ that's the pretty small stuff. I agree that if you've got the plastic fittings, pretty much any rubber hose would work. Vacuum hose by the foot, of the correct diameter, from your favorite local auto parts store should do it.

You should probably replace the valve on the manifold as well.

The ends are still there, since the physical hoses are still there, but they're just cracked and were once repaired with tape, which didn't pass the visual with the smog guy this time.

It is hose #6 and #11 in this picture:

I bought ours and the CVV kit from Amazon. Came in BMW packaging.
