I have returned, because I came to the realization that everyone warned me about. The projectors are not very bright, which is depressing, to say the least. So now I want to replace the rings, I had been pointed toward diodedynamics or something along that lines, and if there is a ring on any of these websites which size would it be that I would get? Also, does anyone have a tutorial for how these would be replaced out for the old ones? It seems kinda complicated and I really don’t want to screw it up. Sorry to bump this but it already contained relevant info so.

I started a DIY for doing it, but quickly realized that not many people are going to do this and it was taking a lot of time. I still have all the pictures and everything so maybe I'll do it some day in my free time (which seems to be nil recently). It does require cutting the lights open. Though rather than the Dremel method, I suggest using a heat gun and razor blades to cut the headlight surround and then you can dig out the seal with a few different picks. I have pics of all this... trust me though, it's not fun. Took me a week to do both headlights working a few hours a day.
