Apparently, I haven't done enough reading through threads.

As many of you know (after searching threads!), my e53 will run out of gas just under a 1/4 of a tank.

Ask me how I know....

So, added to the growing punch list on my beater X5 is a fuel pump/siphon pump replacement.

Must likely just needs an o-ring and a zip tie.. Hopefully you werent an hour away from home on a tollway at midnight when it was 6°F outside like when it happened to me.

Thankfully I was just a few miles away from home, and a gas station!!

I've already checked out your previous o-ring thread and will give that a go when the parts arrive!!
