Garage door opener won’t sync
 

Small problem I know but following the instructions I get no light (flashing or otherwise). I guess only thing it could be that’s fixable is a fuse? All the courtesy lights work so there is power to the area. Any other clues what I can try?

I'm sure you're already aware... but homelink only works with key in position 2 (run).

^Barring that, check fuses and pull the upper panel to be sure all the harnesses to the mirror are plugged in. Do all other functions of the mirror work?

Step one with key in the run position confirm that you get blinks when pressing the buttons.

I had a problem with my homelink not working although the lights were operating - the garage door wasn’t opening or closing. Went on eBay and found a used unit and popped it in there. Easiest DIY I’ve done, and works perfectly now. If you have power to the homelink unit and it isn’t giving you any lights, that’s where I’d go.

Everything functions in the panel except there are not blinking lights when push the three buttons.

Not sure that it matters, and I may be misreading your post(s), but you only push the first and third button simultaneously to reset the garage door coding. Otherwise press and hold any one button and the light should flash, indicating it is sending the signal to the garage door (or gate) opener. If you are pushing all three buttons simultaneously, I’m not sure what lights to expect but you are more talented than I!
