Anyone do an LED upgrade for their foglights?
If so, post what you bought.
I think bulb size is H11. __________________ |

What's much brighter?
What did you install ? |
Yes. Easy install, code out cold check (and voltage monitoring) and you won't get any check bulb messages. I installed these:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Would recommend. Have used many sets of LEDs from that seller and haven't had an issue yet. Always high quality LEDs in the light color listed in the auction. Also used their LEDs in the front signal locations. |

I don't have the INPA/ISTA fancy software installed. Just PA Soft. |

I HAPPILY installed these into my LCI X5. I'm NOT sure why BMW took these out for the LCI of the E53. DUMB move. I am much more impressed with these than the H11 reflector design. Anyhow, just make sure the light output is more usable light and not just "looks brighter/bluer/whiter" but is actually casting down the road further or else its just a cometic change. |

You don't have to remove the bumber like I did but I did it to hide the modules. |

Cold check? Why did not leave Hot Check selected? |

Like Crystalworks said. when You code the cold/hot monitor there is no light warning that will illuminate on the dash. I coded out the hot monitor because it makes the LED flash slightly when they are operating. |
