Another noisy N62
 
Hello All
Trying to diagnose this noise

N62 are new to me and it has been a steep learning curve. This is a LQ replacement engine. Supposedly around 90K miles. I have put fresh oil in it, I have done the VVT motor adaptation, reset and still have this. It does occasionally go away for a second or 2 so wondering if it is the VVT paraphernalia. I have done numerous searches for info and nothing conclusive. Any thoughts??
