Sliding Load floor part

I just added a load floor to my X5, does anyone know where I can find this part circled? I looked at all the diagrams but could not find it. Thanks.

Its is a bracket that seems to be for tying down cargo although I don't know how that's possible with the sliding floor. This bracket differs dimensionally from the one thats there on the original non load floor cars like mine.
