Mine is nuked and there are zero new ones in Kingdom. I have gone through 3 used ones and ALL were trashed. I'm guessing the heat and sand dune mechanics are the cause of the 3 most recent used craptastic choices.
I don't want to go the coil over route, so any help would be appreciated.

Not seeing anyone jump on this, I don't have one and I won't be able to get in touch with anyone probably until Tuesday, with Labor Day Monday, but I'd be happy to make some phone calls and see if I can find one available here state side and see what it would take to get it and get it to you?

I wish I could yank mine out for you, I'm dying to be done with the entire EHCII system. But I have NO idea what it would what it would do as far as errors in the other modules (specifically worried about DSC) without the EHC being removed from the VO and other modules coded.

LOL! Given that your wife may or may not have had anything to do with your foretold passing leads me to believe this control unit may be only slightly less than the cost of the dealer's part?

Update....

Found new old stock in the EU for $500 USD, but the 5 old units are all dead and dead the same way.... So my y fun meter just exploded at the realization that the White Witch is killing controllers. I am now in the process of installing coil overs (said I wouldn't)[emoji2959][emoji2959][emoji2959] and I have discovered the hoist I am using probably is filled with olive oil or I grew 2" overnight [emoji848][emoji28]

I hope to be done this evening in time for work on Sunday at 0430. I'll post pictures as soon as knuckles heal.

EODguy, how'd your suspension swap go? You did get it completed already, right?

Oops. Yes and no.

I had to pull the suspension from another X5 and once I had it on mine I have had and issue with the RR camber and now I am waiting for the place I normally use for alignment to be back from vacation to fix that issue.
