Just tried now and I can access it just fine. Are you sure your credentials are valid and up-to-date?

My account still works on my desktop PC, but when I tried (yesterday) to install or transfer it to my laptop (I'm dedicating it for use in my BMW only), it wouldn't work.

I left a message with the "operators" of the site, asking what's the problem, but there hasn't been a reply, yet. I'm guessing that any new accounts or moves are suspended??

What do you mean by installing when it's a site working on browser and with user account. I'm using the same user account on more than one computer without problems.

How does a person create a user account ? or find out if he has one?

Sorry, I tried once yesterday, but not today...it does work on my laptop after all. I don't know why it didn't work, but I might've had the password wrong (it's saved now, in my Google account).
