What else is tucked away in there? Maybe you will be lucky and find something cool too. I found a dented Monte Blanc under the edge of the seat rail and console. PS. If you find a gold bar or rare piece of artwork I'm completely cool with 10lbs of bacon sent to Saudi Arabia [emoji6] Sent from my SM-A730F using Tapatalk |

I found over $3 in change and a complete wardrobe for Barbie in the seat pockets. Oh and one can not forget the 1/2 pound of melted M&Ms in the center console.

Love it. I found out why Whoppers candy comes in a milk carton the day I left a brand new carton on my dashboard.
FYI: quite yummy as a liquid with floating malted milk balls. |

The money I found when lifting the rear seat in my X5 went a long way (not really) toward replacing the fuel pump. Almost as good as any time I need to fix the washing machine $$$$ . Love those self-funded repair efforts / treasure hunts. On the X5, I've been lucky regarding aftermarket electronics. The only weird thing, which I have not touched, is what I think is a LoJack transceiver back near the GPS. |
After removing the DICE and Valor iPod adapter modules, The voltage only dropped from 12.30.12.29 in a 13 hour period. I'd say these were causing the issue, but I will keep paying close attention to the voltage while the X5 sits in the garage over a longer period of time.

UPDATE:
The battery has still been holding a charge since removing the aftermarket iPod modules. |
Old technology going south....way too many versions of this story being posted all over now that these models are getting old
