'RATTLE-PROOFED' rear hatch/latch and rear seats

My 2005 is now about 6mths old.

The hatch and seat rattle, yes I can take it back to dealer but would think that a $60,000 car would not have these problems.

Any quick fix sugestions?

I know this has been discussed here before, I can't remember what was involved. Do search and I'm sure it'll come up. Here are the results of quick search on latch rattles. Good luck!

The solution was discussed back in the days when the X5World gang hung out at old bimmerfest...here's the link:

But remember you found the solution via X5 World ;-)

For the rear hatch, adjust "out" the two rubber stops.
