I have just been told that there is a fairly large amount of X5's in a "junkyard" in Qassim 400km from me and that there are some with under-ride guards. If there is enough interest I will drive out there and see.

400k is a long way to go according to Google conversion. :(

If you're going through the effort, assume they might have factory hitch packages too and snag those. Although stupid heavy, they're pretty rare now too. Shipping will be a pita no matter a heavy bar or the bulky under guard. But if people want them, they'll find a way.

You're right about the hitches but 90% over here use pintle hitches so I just figured they were using something made by Abdullah the weekend welder.

Hi if you do grab some bars i would appreciate some dimensions for the mounting brackets as i have a bar with no brackets , some of it i have kinda worked out from pictures but some bracket dimensions would be great:thumbup:

Well I made my trip and got to the pick-n-pull yard after almost 400km awesome drive and if I had gone any faster I would have traveled back in time...

Which would have been helpful as they were only open half days and it wasn't the "half" I was there for...[emoji2959][emoji2959][emoji2959]

On the plus side I took the family with me and we stopped and grilled a chicken at an oasis..[emoji106]
