Cruise Control & light not working
 

Hi everyone:
I noticed that my cruise control no longer works. The cruise light on the dash is not light up when I activated the cruise button. There are many threads suggesting that the brake light switch (under the brake pedal) is bad and it's possible the reason but I think mine is ok since my brake lights are on when i hit the brakes...Is there a fuse for the cruise control, if so where is it? other than these checks, where else should I look for this issue? Thanks!

Have you scanned it for codes?

i don't have a specific BMW scanner so I cannot see the cruise status.

Take it somewhere that can scan it. Otherwise you're just throwing darts in the dark. Your problem could be any number of things.
