info about obd2 cable
 

i would like to purchase a ob2 cable, k+dcan seem to be the standard but i heard some needs modification and solder 2pin, so im a little confuse, is there any cable that fit with e53 ?

Any K-bus (+ D-CAN) interface should do. Some of them has a switch to connect pins 7+8, otherwise you can solder them together with these older vehicles.
