DME Ignition Activation codes on all cylinders throwing SES light
 

Hi there,

2005 3.0 with 120k. Recently replaced spark plugs and coils. Getting an intermittent SES light with codes for “activation, ignition” on all 6 cylinders. Also simultaneously getting “error-ign current measurement at more than 2 cylinders” and “trimming oxygen sensor before cat bank 1”

Where do we begin?

This happened after you replaced the coils ?? Did you maybe not get the ground strap installed correctly? Go over your work carefully.

Did you use OEM coils and is battery fully charged? Also +1 on ground question.
