Replacing coolant flange

Has anyone ever replace one of these?

My coolant seems to pouring out at the connection between this part and expansion tank

- This is for 6-cylinder
- And only for auto transmission cars.
- If it leaks, replace it using BMW only, do NOT use aftermarket part.
