Any procedure to change the timing chain tensioner?

Before I dive into this just wanted to double check. Got an new INA tensioner since I'm guessing mine is the original design. I have no signs of chain issues so this is 100% preventative.

I know it's trivial to unbolt and replace, but wondering if there are any concerns or procedures to a first-start after replacing?

Thanks!

Nope. (On first start). It has a spring to pre-tension when oil pressure is low. I would avoid rev until the engine builds pressure (mine has lifter tick when cold that fades over the first 6-10 seconds). The tensioner will build force during that same time so if you hear a little rattle first start that fades nothing to worry about.

New crush washer and 75 ft·lb don't guess. I did and cost 1 qt a month.

Edit: that's for 4.4 I didn't look up the torque for the 3.0
