Super bizarre noise under the hood

As the title says I’m getting a super bizarre noise under the hood. Here’s what it sounds like. https://voca.ro/1ktQVF1Qnq0b Just Changed the CCV and all the hoses with it. My buddy thought it was IACV (I cleaned it when changing CCV) so I took it out cleaned it and the grommet along side it. It fixed the noise momentarily and now it’s back. Any ideas?

Which Engine and how does RPM affect the timing.

It seems periodic but nothing comes to mind with what cycles that slowly.

Pull the dipstick to see if release the crank vacuum changes the sound. It sounds like a failed diaphragm letting air though.

Does the sound stay on or off you didn't have video so I'm not sure when the dipstick is closed or open.

If the sound stops while dipstick out the cause is in the CCV could be harmless a bit of moisture at a check valve or something.

I haven't had my CCV apart yet so I'm not familiar with it to say more detailed.

It sounded like I heard the honk change though so you're on to something.

The sound changes into a more guttural gurgling sound with a whirring

Does it change from pulsing to constant.

Sort of, the noise subsided temporarily after I re insterted the dip stick. When I leave it out the noise progressively gets worse. In that audio clip I sent I took the stick out, put it back in and then took it out again

That suggests a leak into the CCV or CCV generating too much vacuum. Pull the oil fill and see if it's super sucky.

Isn't the Banshee upgrade? Or maybe it was the Poltergeist Performance Package...I'm struggling to recall exactly which one brings that on....
