AC not working

I have a X5 3.0i. The air conditioning is not blowing cold. I clicked the AC button and checked the AC clutch. The AC clutch is rotating.

I used a AC manifold to check the high and low pressure. Both the high and low side pressure sits at around 52 PSI. It doesn't matter if the AC button is pressed or not, the pressure sits at 52 PSI. The ambient temperature

In INPA, there is a fault code for the “AUC sensor”

The AUC sensor won't affect the A/C. 52 PSI is either a cool day or low on refrigerant. If you can get the pressure up to 70 ish and both sides stay the same with the compressor turning there is a good chance you have a stuck control valve in the compressor. Make really sure about the compressor turning or not. Make sure you can see the difference when the button is pressed. There is a fair bit of info about this here if you do a search.
