P0193 code.
I've posted this before but since, have had intermittent issues that's simply driving me nuts and when it's in for the "repair" at the dealer or my certified Indy, the problem does not arise. I am getting a P0193 code. Car runs perfect. Had both upstream 02 sensors replaced as we thought that was the culprit. No leaks in the vacuum system as that was smoke tested as well. Car ran with no codes for 200 miles then I topped off the tank and within 2 miles, light came back on. Now, when I reset it, the light comes back on within 10 miles of driving. I've changed the air filter as well. I'm simply at a loss. CCV issue? I've got a catch can system installed that I empty regularly as well. Anyone?

That’s fuel system, right? I’d start by checking the gas cap seal (easy, and the code came back after a fill up), then check fuel pressure at the rail.
