Just finished installing OEM ULO Tail Lights

Few days ago I've asked here about tail light options and thanks everyone who responded.
I had typical issue where I'd often get light out warning and all I needed to do was to wigle the offending bulb and warning would go away.
I'm aware of the cause and potential solutions but the X5 being 16 years old gave me an excuse to go the new parts route.
I considered the aftermarket LED but I was worried about quality and longevity. I'm aware that some here went that route and had good experience but I wanted to stick with OEM look.
After quick research I discovered that ULO is OEM for X5 tail lights.
AutohausAZ had the best price and after 10% off coupon, I ended up at $212 delivered.
Also, I was pleasantly surprised to see they were made in Germany.
They are identical to original ones I've removed other than the fact original ones are made in USA.
The removal and installation is very easy, loose 3 nuts and they're out.
I tightened the new tail lights with taking care not to overtighten them as you only need to make sure that gasket is pressed well against body.
The new tail lights came with all the bulbs preinstalled and time will tell if the problem is solved.
My hope is that internal are slightly different and better quality.
Anyway, just wanted to share my experience and will update the thread with any developments.
Please note that these are the facelift model. I will include the ULO catalog link where you can find ones for pre facelift as well as ECE (European) models.

Beautiful! And these should keep the X on the road for at least another 16 years!

Thank you!
My 12 year old daughter is putting pressure on me to get the newer SUV but there is simply nothing out there that excites me.
I will probably relent and replace factory NAV / radio with some good modern unit but that's it.
