Hi Everyone,
I have the codes shown below and its related Freeze Frame.
Does this mean that I have to replace all 4 Oxygen sensors?
Your insights much appreciated.
Thanks

It’s possible, but I don’t think it’s likely. It’s rare they fail at same time.

I think you have a problem with fuel trims, rich or lean but most likely lean..
The fuel trim data listed in “snapshot” above is a little suspicious. S/T above 10% an L/T at 0%…that’s kind of doubtful.

It could be something as simple as a torn intake boot (have a look) or vacuum leak causing a lean condition, but it could also be many other things.

I’d suggest a consult with a proper non-dealer BMW specialist fir this.

Rear O2 sensors are rarely changed compared to front ones. Rears fail due to bad FT over long periods of time. Front ones take a lot of abuse. It's adding too much fuel. Good sign it's a vacuum leak.
Check the O2 sensor voltages. Do readings oscillate?

Thank you guys. How about MAF, could that be a culprit?

Suddenly adding a bunch of fuel suggests either a vacuum leak or a failing fuel pump to me.

Could it be a MAF? Sure. But that's not my first choice. I'd be doing a fuel pressure test and looking for vacuum leaks first, though.

Any updates to this forum? I am having the same two error codes on my car. I had it smoked, but did not see any leaks. I did the CCV replacement but that hasnt fixed it. At 216k miles, I am kinda ok driving around with a check engine light... but maybe this is fixable,

I have seen suggestions of clogged injectors, and I never use any injector cleaner... but wouldn't that have misfires codes along with it?
