Where does this plastic line connect?

Doing a check for vacuum leaks on my 3.0 and just found this plastic line loose and disconnected. It looks like a cane or hook. Anyone know where it should connect? It is right next to the dipstick. Thx!

It's a vent. Normal. I think front differential
