Whats this blue thing - lower end of radiator bracket-
 

I just changed the water pump, fan clutch , thermostat, belts and upper and lower hoses for the radiator and a couple weeks later i do notice leak under the car, not massive but noticable.

I took a video of what i think might be source of the leak, what is this blue thing in the video? Is that normal or is tha Blue thing supposed to not be visible and that is massive hole?
