Battery Registration or Reprogramming of Computer?
 
I've got an 03 4.6is, manufacture date of 11/13/02, and planning on replacing dead battery with AGM Duracell.

Question - Do you have to register the battery, or program the computer when swapping a new battery, or can I just replace, hook up new terminals and it's plug and play? Just looking for a confirmation that swapping the battery and nothing else would be required.

The e53's don't require battery registration, it's just plug and play.
