Oil smoke after CCV replecement

Hi everyone, my car recently started blowing smoke and having a rough idle or even turning off itself. So I replaced the CCV and vacuum lines and also found out someone put a bolt where the flap goes in disa valve and replaced that as well.

After job it would smoke on start up and heavy load, but I thought that was ok since there was a lot of oil everywhere and I didn't clean it. Now that was about 2 weeks ago (about 200km traveled) and my car still blows smoke, but only on start up and sometimes small puff of smoke on heavy load.

Could it be valve stems?

I have a few other problems, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me out:

Fuel consumption is 17-18 L/100km down from 20 after CCV, which is kind of the consumption I was getting in my e38 750i

Also engine makes this noise

It is 2002 3.0i with 400k+ km

Here is pic of disa if anyone is interested

It could be valve stem seals. Maybe keep track of the oil consumption. Sometimes the piston rings will get a bit stuck and cause some oil consumption but often some "enthusiastic driving" will cure that. ;) Is the CEL on? Do you have a proper scan tool that will read all the codes?

I did had to top up oil (3L) couple days ago after I heard clicking sound from engine (no low oil level warning on dash). Now I don't know if it got low after or before since there was a lot of oil below the CCV valve
No warnings on dash and I didn't really have a lot free time to scan for codes.

Update:
I scanned for error codes and there is misfire for 4 5 and 6 cylinder and also this:
