Yeah I think cleaning that secondary MAF is pretty much futile. You should still replace that secondary air valve though, especially if you have over 180K Km.

Put a few hundred more miles on it and no more codes. It was just the secondary MAF. But now I know to use better parts if I have to replace the valve or air pump next time.
