I recall doing my updates via the micro sd card.

The files can be replaced you just need to find the right download that's breaking things.

I had very good luck emailing support.

I've had to re-download all my files after my SD card (Foxwell calls it a TF card) got corrupted. I use this site https://www.foxwelltech.us/
