2005 X5 Manual For Sale
 

Here's an '05 with a manual trans for sale for $9,945. It only has 101,000 miles. The interior looks like it is beat which for that kind of mileage is sad. The roof paint is chalked. If it didn't have manual trans in that condition it would probably be worth about $4500. Is there really a $5400 premium for a manual transmission? Since its in Illinois I'd love to see what the undercarriage looks like.

Just my 50Cts, but interior does not look 'beat' to me...
Ext is decent, pics make car look recently detailed.

Seller is chasing that 'someone' with more $ to spend than sense, imo.

Way over priced, but seller is obviously tossing out a high slow pitch to see what 'happens'.

Our 2001, Sport, 5MT is in 'good shape' with 140K miles and joints offer me $5ish which seems in the ballpark, but I don't need money and am keeping it as 3rd car as long as I am on the planet.

That 6 MT is 'rare', but that dlr is delusional price wise, imo.

I'd sure like to see some undercarriage pics

Suframes and brake lines would be a concern from a salty state

Pic of the engine bay would be nice also.

It may only look beat to me because I have taken very good care of mine. That arm rest on the right rear door doesn't look good at all.

I agree they are asking way too much money, that's why I posted it up. Seemed crazy high to me.

IF not completely rusted out underneath…market value $6,500-7k. I love that color in person!

Yeah, way overpriced. "Rare" != valuable.

I'd offer $5K pending rust inspection.

Glad I'm not the only one that thinks that price is insane.

Now this one looks good. 113k miles. Paint looks good and the interior looks much better than the previous one. Again undercarriage could be totally rusted out, if not, they're still asking too much for this one too.

I just sent an offer for $4500, what I paid for my '01 that had about $8K in parts replaced by the prior owner.

I'd love to hear if they take it.
